NB brand Reel to sheet cutting machine is designed for high production and straight cutting of sheet or two ply corrugated without damaging flute & linear paper. This machine can also be synchronized directly with corrugation machine. While machine is in operation, it is easy to adjust the sheets with the help of a wheel. For stacking sheets a delivery conveyor is provided to carry the cut sheets. PIV chain gear box is provided for cutting length of sheet.

Details:-

NB brand eccentric slotting machine provided with three slots and one corner cutting is done simultaneously on the machine. The distance between slotting corner cutting heads are adjustable with gear and rack mechanism provided with the machine two side gauges are provided for accurate feeding. The upper dies move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. Minimum distance between two dies is 7". Corner width is 3.5". Maximum slot depth is 18".
