Hydraulic Book Bundling Press ideally suited for pressing and bundling of folded sheets (Signatures), brochures, book-blocks etc, for Perfect and Hard-Case binding process. Hydraulically press bundles protect the folded sheets from being damaged at the edges. Air or dust can not get into the pressed-folded sheets, maintaining the fresh look of printed images. Proper stacking of bundles saves floor space.

Push-button / Foot Switch operated hydraulic system has a built-in power saving device. When any of the Push Button or Foot-Switch is activated, the motor automatically gets switched-ON. The motor also gets switched-off as soon as the pre-set pressure (adjustable up to 2000kgs) is attained. The SET pressure is maintained to facilitate strapping till the Reset Push Button for release of the bundle is pressed. On release of the bundle, the moving platen returns to its Set-Open position and the motor again switches-off automatically, to be ready for the next cycle. Clips provided on Pressure plates of 'Fixed & Moving platens' are for guiding the Cord (tape) from getting entangled with the pile of signatures. Tray provided on Moving Platen for storing excess length/s of cord / tape etc. and the end support (plywood) planks.
